Engineer II - Test Automation

Overview

Engineer II - Quality Assurance role responsible for fully testing the product or system to ensure it functions properly and meets business needs, including creating and implementing testing methods, recording test results, and recommending software improvements.

What you'll do

• Review software specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback for test planning and procedures
• Provide feedback to developers about automated testing strategies, design fixes, and patches
• Review and analyze system specifications
• Perform system load tests for new products
• Execute test scripts and review results
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Report and document technical issues
• Make improvements to functionality, design, and usability of new products

What you'll need

• Experience conducting functional testing on various operating systems/browsers
• Experience using automated test tools: Playwright, Selenium, Katalon Studio
• Test script writing, using defect management tools like JIRA, BrowserStack or QC
• Hands-on experience with functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, security testing, database testing and UI/UX testing
• Hands-on experience in test case design and requirement traceability with coverage
• Hands-on experience in API testing
