Engineer III

Overview

Engineer III role for a Senior Software Engineer working in an autonomous Agile team. Focus on building and delivering reliable SaaS services and contributing to production-grade software.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver software as part of an agile, cross-functional autonomous team.
• Promote best practices for developing and delivering reliable SaaS services in production safely.
• Help ensure zero-downtime production delivery.
• Apply and expand technical skills as needed.
• Support, enable, and mentor the team.

What you'll need

• 7–12 years of experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to craft well-architected applications.
• Expertise writing scalable backend micro-services using the JVM with Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
• Strong focus on writing tests and understanding how and why different tests should be developed and run.
• Technical Graduate qualification (B-Tech/BCA/MCA).
