Engineer IV

Overview

Engineer IV role focused on technical leadership and individual contribution to build scalable web and cloud-based solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead technical design and architecture decisions for complex, scalable systems.
• Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
• Build scalable web applications using modern .NET and UI frameworks.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Lead complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and lead code reviews.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines; support Agile/Scrum practices.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Expert-level proficiency in modern .NET web and API development.
• Strong experience with UI frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular).
• Advanced experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Advanced proficiency in database design and development (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Experience building and maintaining microservices architecture at scale.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
