Overview
Engineer – Industrial Engineering responsible for industrial engineering activities supporting new and existing product production in Sriperumbudur.
What you'll do
- Prepare layouts for new products.
- Set up production lines for new products.
- Map manpower requirements.
- Set up production standards and standard cycle times.
- Improve productivity.
- Relayout existing products to use space effectively.
- Reduce lead time.
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
- Strong industrial engineering experience.
- Team handling experience.
- Ability to lead shift operations.
- Effective understanding of group behavior.
