Overview

Manufacturing Industrial Engineer role focused on developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for sheet metal and related industrial engineering activities.

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize sheet metal fabrication, machining, and industrial engineering processes.
• Conduct time studies, layout optimization, productivity improvement, and ergonomic assessments.
• Create PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Process Flow, and related documentation.
• Prepare and release manufacturing drawings, BOM, routing, and process sheets in SAP.
• Provide technical support for laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, surface treatment, powder coating, machining, and assembly.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Poka‑Yoke, and line balancing activities.

What you'll need

• BE Mechanical academic background.
• 3–5 years previous experience in tooling, manufacturing, or equivalent.
• Exposure to sheet metal parts manufacturing and industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication using turret punch and press brake machines.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP for Material Master, BOM, and Routing.
• Skills with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and basic 3D tools, plus the ability to read CAD drawings & GD&T.
