Overview

Engineer – Interior & Finishes to oversee on-site execution, quality, and timely completion of interior fit-out and finishing works across multiple project types.

What you'll do

• Supervise day-to-day execution of interior and finishing works at site.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor progress of finishing activities and report regular project status.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and MEP teams for execution.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, including material checks and mock-up approvals.
• Prepare snag lists and ensure timely closure of punch points.
• Coordinate contractor activities, manpower deployment, productivity, and schedule adherence.

What you'll need

• 5-10 years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing works execution.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline.
• Experience with residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, or mixed-use developments.
• Certifications related to Interior Fit-Out, Quality Control, or Project Management are an added advantage.
• Quality control responsibilities including inspection reports and quality records.
• Safety and compliance with project safety standards and site regulations.
