Overview
Engineer L1 role for an Oracle IT Analyst focused on Oracle E-Business Suite R12 functional work beyond end-user support. You will partner with business and technical teams to deliver and improve Procure-to-Pay and Order to Cash solutions.
What you'll do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Design, configure, and support Oracle R12 Distribution/SCM modules (Purchasing, Order Management, iProcurement, Inventory, iSupplier, Shipping, WMS, Pricing).
- Map “as-is” processes, conduct gap analysis, and design “to-be” processes aligned with Oracle EBS capabilities.
- Create and maintain functional documentation (scope, functional design, use cases, process flows, training materials).
- Develop and execute functional test scripts and support UAT to validate business requirements.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing functional/technical support, including issue resolution and Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
What you'll need
- University degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
- Strong functional expertise in Distribution (Procurement/Order Management) modules.
- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) lifecycle and related supply chain processes.
- Experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle implementation or multiple Oracle Procurement support projects.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying tables and reading packages.
