Engineer, Lead Senior

Overview

Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of secure rack management software for AI accelerator products in data center environments. The role covers provisioning, monitoring, orchestration, lifecycle management, and distributed infrastructure security.

What you'll do

• Own architecture and implementation of scalable rack-scale infrastructure software.
• Lead development of high-performance, security-critical services.
• Define control-plane APIs and automation for provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Establish security patterns for multi-tenant infrastructure, including isolation and access control.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, firmware, and platform teams.
• Lead architecture reviews and threat-modeling discussions.
• Design telemetry, logging, and tracing strategies for reliability and security visibility.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of infrastructure, platform, or distributed-systems experience.
• Experience owning technical design or architecture for complex software systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Go.
• Experience with control-plane services, internal platforms, or infrastructure APIs.
• Experience designing secure multi-tenant environments.
• Experience with Linux-based systems and containerized environments.
• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with the stated experience requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++ or other systems-level languages.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes security mechanisms such as RBAC and network policies.
