Staff Software Engineer - MPP Growth

Overview

Staff Software Engineer (MPP Growth) to lead the technical execution for the APAC leg of a Multi-Product Platform division.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of 15+ engineers.
• Drive the evolution of the customer journey during international and public-sector expansion.
• Own and develop complex, customer-facing features.
• Define and uphold SLAs and operational excellence/reliability for systems.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to gather feedback and iterate quickly.
• Contribute code and guidance as a leadership role.

What you'll need

• 8+ years designing and building web and distributed applications across multiple data centres.
• 2+ years at staff level with experience working across teams and mentoring senior engineers.
• Experience leading multi-quarter, customer-facing projects from inception to stable operation.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design, and beyond).
• Deep technical expertise across design, development, code quality, testing, debugging, and production operations.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Information Systems, or related engineering field.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity or security-adjacent products.
• Background at enterprise-level SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with Python/Go, TypeScript, React/Redux, AWS, Kubernetes.
