Engineer MS - Network Security

Overview

Provide first-line managed services support for client IT infrastructure, with a focus on network security and related technology domains. Monitor systems, resolve low-complexity incidents, and help maintain service continuity.

What you'll do

• Monitor client infrastructure and identify problems or errors.
• Investigate and resolve first-line incidents and service requests.
• Provide support through phone, ITSM tickets, and chat.
• Perform patching and configuration changes.
• Update or create knowledge articles.
• Support disaster recovery functions and tests.
• Report and escalate incidents and complete shift handovers.

What you'll need

• Entry-level troubleshooting and support experience in security, networking, data centres, systems, or storage.
• Basic knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and ITIL processes.
• Good understanding of ITSM tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT or Computing.
• Ability to follow SOPs and manage tickets with discipline.
• Ability to communicate across different cultures and social groups.
• Client-centric approach with active listening skills.
