Engineer-Process Engineering

Overview

Engineer-Process Engineering is responsible for driving and executing process engineering KPIs across Panto and HVAC SFU, including production capacity enhancement and process establishment for new products.

What you'll do

• Drive continuous improvement and process establishment for existing and new products in Panto & HVAC.
• Enhance productivity and deliver cost savings in the SFU.
• Derive process for new products through productionization and handover.
• Generate and maintain key documentation such as PFD, PFMEA, and WI.
• Establish processes and corresponding documents (PDS, ODS, AIS) for new products.
• Respond to QRQC issues in the SFU and establish time standards.

What you'll need

• 5–6 years of overall experience in Production Engineering functions.
• High level study & analysis capability.
• High oral and written communication.
• Strong teamwork/collaboration skills.
• Leadership capability.
• Languages: English, Tamil, Hindi (preferable).
