Engineer - Quality Documentation

Overview

Engineer - Quality Documentation is responsible for preparing and managing quality documentation that supports inspection, testing, and compliant project execution.

What you'll do

• Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) using customer and project requirements.
• Develop NDE and welding procedures.
• Respond to customer queries related to quality documentation.
• Collaborate with NDE Level III personnel when specialized input is needed.
• Manage documentation in a document management system and ensure handover to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure quality documents are completed accurately and on time.

What you'll need

• At least 1 year of experience in quality documentation, quality control, or a related engineering function.
• Knowledge of ASTM, ASME, ISO, and API (and other relevant industry standards).
• Understanding of customer specifications plus identification and traceability requirements.
• Knowledge of NDE methods, welding techniques, material testing, and raw material manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with factory acceptance testing types including hydrostatic, seat leak, functional, cryogenic, flow, and gas testing.
