Engineer Quality

Overview

Engineer Quality responsible for maintaining product quality through software testing, quality control, analysis, and collaboration with development and business teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain test cases and report test results.
• Perform manual, functional, end-to-end, regression, and smoke testing.
• Create defect reports and track issues to resolution.
• Drive automation initiatives using testing frameworks and tools.
• Identify testing gaps, impediments, and high-risk software areas.
• Communicate test impacts, requirements, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Establish collaborative relationships across project teams.

What you'll need

• 4 to 6 years of software testing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Strong QA experience in manual and functional testing.
• Knowledge of SQL and Oracle queries.
• Experience preparing test plans, strategies, and test cases.
• Experience with web services testing and formal test design techniques.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to security and performance testing.
