Software Quality Engineer (V&V)

Overview

Software Quality Engineer (V&V) to support verification and validation activities for enterprise-level clinical software products in an Agile environment.

What you'll do

• Participate in test review, test execution, and test witnessing in an Agile lifecycle.
• Review PRDs, functional specifications, and test plans to support test scoping and planning.
• Execute test cases, document results, and report defects and issues.
• Collaborate with engineers to investigate and resolve defects found during testing.
• Analyze requirements to identify gaps, edge cases, and risk areas.
• Troubleshoot application issues and support root cause analysis.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of experience in enterprise software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Manual testing concepts including test cases, scenarios, and defect life cycle.
• Basic familiarity with manual and automated testing tools.
• Basic database understanding with ability to write SQL select queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication/documentation skills.

• Hybrid role with onsite collaboration in Bangalore office 3–4 days per week.
