Overview

Embedded systems and device driver development and support on multiprocessor and multithreaded ASIC platforms.

What you'll do

• Independently work on deliverables and take care of support issues.
• Design and develop drivers on multiprocessor and multithreaded ASIC platforms.
• Develop and support drivers for USB, Storage, I2C, SPI, Slimbus, etc.
• Configure ARM Bus architecture protocols AXI/AHB/APB and Advanced AMBA as part of driver development and support.
• Analyze, triage and debug complex system-level problems and issues.

What you'll need

• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience, OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience, OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of academic or work experience with a programming language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
• 3 to 5 years of experience level.
• Good understanding of microprocessor and multiprocessor architecture, ARM, DSP, etc.
• Good understanding of basic real-time/embedded programming concepts and real-time operating systems concepts.
• Good understanding and proficiency in C and assembly.
• Experience using debugging tools like Lauterbach and Trace tools.
• Ability to analyze, triage and debug complex system-level problems and issues.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
