Overview

Engineering Executive responsible for assisting the Assistant Manager of Engineering with day-to-day engineering operations, equipment upkeep, and support to ensure guest service.

What you'll do

• Assist the Assistant Manager of Engineering in overall daily operations.
• Supervise upkeep and maintenance of company equipment.
• Coordinate with departmental teams to support guest service and productivity.
• Resolve customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Support staff motivation, development, and safety training.
• Check and ensure safety-critical systems and equipment are in working condition.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, security, ISO 9001, and as-applicable ISO 14001 requirements.

What you'll need

• Have secondary/high school education.
• Hold a trade certificate.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Demonstrate good reading and oral proficiency in English.
• Have strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills.
• Be able to multitask and work well under stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Have results/service orientation and attention to detail.
