Engineering Lead Analyst

Overview

Engineering Lead Analyst is a senior engineering role responsible for leading activities to design, acquire, and deploy hardware, software, and network infrastructure supporting the VMware Virtualization Platform.

What you'll do

• Lead engineering activities for hardware, software, and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team.
• Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide direction for firm-mandated controls, compliance initiatives, and group projects, including creating a technology domain roadmap.
• Ensure integrations meet business goals and recommend product customization for system integration.
• Define system enhancements to deploy new products, including testing and certification.
• Identify problem causality, business impact, and root causes; advise or mentor junior team members.

What you'll need

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role.
• Experience in VMware Virtualization including VCF, Automation, and Software Defined Network.
• Experience with VMware based tools such as HCX.
• Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment.
• Project Management experience.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities, and reporting.
