Overview
Technical Product Architect helping conceptualize, develop, and implement an enterprise architecture that supports future systems, products, and platforms.
What you'll do
- Assist ongoing conceptualization, development, and implementation of an enterprise architecture.
- Devise and present business cases and program release plans to senior management with priority recommendations.
- Partner with business line managers to provide technical and system expertise and align IT direction with product concepts.
- Partner with product development management to define IT strategic direction and map projects to it over time.
- Lead cross-functional product development teams and act as a senior consultant for system and technical advice.
- Keep up to date with technology changes and identify opportunities for implementation in future systems.
- Define R&D projects and run them in compliance with standard project management practices.
- Mentor lower level architects and business analysts.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience (required).
- Seven (7) years of experience in software and/or product development focused on architecture (required).
- IT consulting and project management experience (required).
- Experience in enterprise architecture, business information modeling, and system design (required).
- Experience applying technology to business strategies (required).
- Ability to employ consulting skills (required).
- Broad knowledge of current technology, tools, and techniques for software development (required).
