Specialist IS Architect

Overview

Specialist IS Architect responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the enterprise information systems architecture.

What you'll do

• Define and maintain IS architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures.
• Lead architecture design for complex, cross-domain initiatives and transformations.
• Review and approve solution designs for alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategy into architecture.
• Identify architectural risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and target-state architecture definitions.
• Provide architecture governance through design reviews and decision forums.

What you'll need

• 8-13 years of experience in Information Systems/IT, including architecture roles.
• Strong experience configuring/developing and deploying with the Salesforce platform.
• Background in enterprise, solution, and integration architecture.
• Experience aligning technology solutions with business and platform requirements.
• Working knowledge of application, data, integration, and platform architecture concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience designing Salesforce applications and using technologies like AWS and Databricks.
• Architecture certifications such as TOGAF or equivalent.
• Experience participating in or leading architecture review boards.
• Mentorship and architectural guidance to delivery teams.
