Overview
Lead enterprise and solution architecture activities for M&A integration programs, from current-state assessment to target-state design and roadmaps.
What you'll do
- Assess acquired organizations’ applications, integrations, infrastructure, data, and technology landscapes.
- Document application portfolios, technology inventories, dependencies, integration points, and architectural risks.
- Define target-state architectures and develop M&A integration roadmaps.
- Run application rationalization analysis for consolidation, migration, coexistence, replacement, and retirement.
- Map business capabilities to applications and identify gaps, overlaps, dependencies, and integration priorities.
- Facilitate architecture workshops with business, IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and application stakeholders.
- Create and govern architecture artefacts and update enterprise architecture tools/repositories.
What you'll need
- Total experience of 11+ years.
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Application Architecture.
- Mandatory experience in Enterprise Architecture supporting M&A integration programs.
- Experience assessing current-state business applications and technology/integration/data landscapes.
- Experience defining target-state architecture, integration roadmaps, application rationalization, and retirement strategies.
- Experience with integration architecture concepts including APIs, middleware, event-driven, and file-based integrations.
- Ability to produce executive-ready architecture assessments, recommendations, and roadmaps.
Details
- Requires travel to the UK/EU for short-duration architecture workshops and stakeholder engagements.
- Work with global stakeholders across UK/EU, APAC, and North America.
