Engineering lead Application engineer(Consumer)

Overview

Engineering Lead / Application Engineer (Consumer) responsible for technical design, architecture, and engineering leadership for fullstack solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and architect fullstack solutions across frontend and backend for scalability, performance, and security.
• Set and champion coding standards, design patterns, and best practices to drive engineering excellence.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions with product and delivery stakeholders.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical discovery sessions, and design forums for major features.
• Own and drive engineering roadmap, balancing technical debt reduction with feature development.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, lead incident response with post-mortems, and improve for operational reliability.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of industry experience with an engineering degree (B.E/M.E) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade fullstack applications (frontend and backend).
• Experience with Microsoft stack technologies such as .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core (on-premise or on-cloud).
• Experience troubleshooting complex web applications across complicated technology stacks.
• Technical accountability for multiple applications and leading a team of ~5 to 8 engineers.
• Experience with Azure or AWS, containerisation, Kubernetes, and CI/CD in Agile teams.
