Overview

Technical Architect to lead software and architectural direction for consumer-facing products, aligning technology choices with long-term product, security, and enterprise visions.

What you'll do

• Outline architectural and technical direction for consumer-facing products.
• Collaborate with other architects to ensure alignment with long-term product, security, and enterprise visions and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-product discussions and drive alignment on technology strategy.
• Evaluate technical issues and initiatives, recommend solutions, and guide implementation.
• Translate business objectives into problem statements and system requirements with product and engineering leads.
• Define standard software engineering/architecture practices at the organizational level.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of hands-on coding experience in consumer web development technologies and architectures.
• Experience aligning large organizations on long-term technical visions and leading teams of senior engineers.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns for highly scalable enterprise service design, including monitoring, analytics, and reliability engineering.
• Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Kubernetes) and passion for DevOps practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code).
• Extensive experience designing and developing React and NodeJS applications across multiple development teams.
• Deep understanding of REST API design principles and practices.
• Experience with Agile software development practices.
