Engineering Manager to lead a software engineering team building and scaling products with millions of users.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full-stack development.
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas to ship quickly with reliability and quality.
- Partner with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI teams to convert ambiguous problems into technical execution.
- Drive technical architecture across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems.
- Set engineering standards for code quality, design, testing, observability, security, and production reliability.
- Own production outcomes after release by monitoring systems and resolving incidents with root-cause focus.
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with experience shipping real production systems.
- Experience leading or managing software engineers and owning engineering delivery.
- Technical depth across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to make sound architecture and technical trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Track record taking products or systems from idea through development, launch, and production.
- People leadership skills to coach engineers, manage performance, and build high-performing teams.
