Engineering Manager – Customer Experience

Overview

Engineering Manager for Customer Experience, leading multiple engineering teams to design, develop, test, and enhance Agilent’s customer-facing digital platform.

What you'll do

• Lead multiple engineering teams (including POD resources) to deliver globally accessible customer-facing capabilities.
• Own design, development, test, and ongoing enhancements of the Agilent digital platform.
• Direct delivery of project design documents and technical architecture.
• Drive resolution of escalations across technical, delivery, and stakeholder dimensions.
• Proactively manage watch items, risks, and issues with mitigation and contingency planning.
• Guide project teams through the AI-assisted SDLC lifecycle.
• Manage suppliers to meet quality requirements and ensure knowledge transfer to support.

What you'll need

• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years leading large engineering teams with people management in an office-based setting.
• Experience delivering personalized, large-scale B2B/B2C global web applications.
• Experience developing digital technical solutions and architecture, including enterprise-level online solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (networks, hosting, security, business partners).
• Strong supplier management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
