Engineering Manager - Ecosystem

Overview

Engineering Manager for BitGo’s Eco-system team, responsible for ecosystem growth through blockchain integrations and team delivery, with close alignment to counterparts in the US.

What you'll do

• Drive support and integrations for new blockchains to serve institutional clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Trust, Compliance, and other stakeholders to set product and technical vision.
• Provide regular coaching to your team and the broader engineering department.
• Take direct responsibility for the team’s quality and delivery.
• Manage end-to-end availability and performance of critical services.
• Encourage best practices in engineering design and usability, and lead by example.
• Plan, estimate, and prioritize roadmap objectives with management and product teams.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in crypto, professional or personal, or interest in the same.
• Experience onboarding onto a new organization as a manager.
• Track record sourcing and hiring top engineering talent, including managerial talent.
• Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Details

• Onsite Monday to Friday at the Bangalore office.
• May require calls in PST/EST time zones for sync with a distributed team.
