Overview
Engineering Manager responsible for leading an engineering team to build and scale products for millions of users.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full-stack development.
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas with reliable, high-quality shipping.
- Partner with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI teams to execute on ambiguous problems.
- Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems.
- Set standards for code quality, system design, testing, observability, security, and production reliability.
- Monitor production outcomes, resolve incidents, and prevent recurring issues.
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with experience shipping production systems.
- Experience leading/managing software engineers and owning delivery.
- Technical depth across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to make architecture trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Track record taking systems from idea through launch and production.
- People leadership experience including coaching and performance management.
