Enterprise Applications Developer - Integrations

Overview

Enterprise Applications Developer - Integrations role at Dexcom within the Enterprise Applications team, blending operational support of ERP integrations with project delivery.

What you'll do

• Act as the functional subject matter expert for Integrations and related business processes.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, service requests, and process issues for business users.
• Work with business analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Support Enterprise Applications Financials modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
• Support end-to-end business processes across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) landscapes.
• Partner with internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver projects, enhancements, and system improvements.
• Participate in solution design workshops, functional analysis, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, release activities, and hypercare as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive adoption of best practices.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and become a trusted advisor for Integrations and Finance systems and processes.

What you'll need

• Extensive experience supporting and configuring enterprise applications and integrations across Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, Financials, Billing, and CRM ecosystems, including Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration technologies such as Oracle or SAP and architectures, including REST, SOAP, JSON, FBDI, Kafka, Canonical Data Models, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Proven ability to balance production support, enhancements, and project delivery, effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to resolve complex application, integration, and SCM-related issues.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, vendors, implementation partners, and senior stakeholders across global organizations.
• High degree of ownership, accountability, and self-direction while maintaining quality and delivering results with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of ERP governance, change management, release processes, and operational best practices within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field and 5-8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience; or PhD and 0-2 years experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global and highly regulated organizations, with exposure to multinational business environments, enterprise integrations, and healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar industries.

Details

• Location: Remote - Spain; role is home-office based and not required to live within commuting distance of a Dexcom site. A hybrid option may be available for those within commuting distance.
• Travel: Up to 5%.
• Balances operational production support with project work; must respond to changing business priorities when necessary and may support multiple concurrent projects.
• Annualised base salary from €45,220.00 to €58,520.00 gross.
