Enterprise Applications Developer – Supply chain

Overview

Enterprise Applications Developer for Supply Chain, supporting, enhancing and delivering solutions across Dexcom's application ecosystem. The role blends production support with project delivery and acts as subject matter expert for Supply Chain Management.

What you'll do

• Act as the functional subject matter expert for Supply Chain Management and related business processes.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, service requests and process issues for business users.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Provide functional support for integrated Enterprise Applications Financials modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management and Financial Reporting.
• Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Partner with internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver projects, enhancements and system improvements.
• Participate in solution design workshops, functional analysis, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, release activities and hypercare as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive adoption of best practices.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and become a trusted advisor for Supply Chain and Finance systems and processes.

What you'll need

• Deep experience configuring, supporting and optimizing Supply Chain, Procurement, Financials, Order Management and related ERP solutions, with expertise in platforms such as Oracle or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C), and their impact across cross-functional operations.
• Ability to balance production support, enhancements and project delivery, managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve complex SCM and enterprise application issues.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with business users, technical teams, vendors, implementation partners and senior stakeholders across global organizations.
• High degree of ownership, accountability and initiative, delivering high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of ERP governance, change management, release processes and operational best practices in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, read and interpret procedure manuals, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, Computer Science or a related field and 5-8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree and 2-5 years of equivalent industry experience; or PhD and 0-2 years of experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global and highly regulated organizations, with exposure to multinational business environments and enterprise integrations.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical or similar industries.

Details

• Location: Remote - Spain.
• Flex workplace: primary location is a home office with no assigned workstation; office visit needs determined with your manager.
• Must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120 km).
• Travel: up to 5%.
• Annualised base salary from €45,220.00 to €58,520.00 gross; final offer depends on qualifications, competencies and experience.
