Enterprise Architect

Enterprise Architect role at Adobe focused on enterprise-level digital experience, customer data, and AI/cloud transformation strategies and architecture roadmaps.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with executives to establish approaches for digital experience, customer data, and AI transformation.
• Build enterprise architectures connecting content, data, insights, and activation across the customer journey.
• Define and promote cloud-native, API-first, event-driven architecture patterns across enterprise ecosystems.
• Lead enterprise architecture work covering scalability, security, resilience, and governance standards.
• Align business strategy, enterprise architecture, and delivery execution across multiple functions and teams.
• Communicate architecture vision, trade-offs, and recommendations to executive audiences.
• Build reusable frameworks and mentor architects/consultants to strengthen the enterprise architecture practice.

What you'll need

• Proven success developing and leading enterprise architecture strategies for complex organizations.
• Deep expertise with enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns, including TOGAF and API-first concepts.
• Experience crafting and delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or comparable cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated experience crafting AI-enabled customer experiences, including large language models, RAG, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
• Understanding of AI governance, agentic architectures, observability, reliability, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong executive communication and collaborator management skills to influence decision-making.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
