Overview

Enterprise Ops Administration for banking applications, acting as a Service Coordinator to handle incidents, monitor application health, and manage service requests for customers.

What you'll do

• Monitor applications (Core Banking-Finacle), payments, trade, LOS, and track alerts, batch jobs, interfaces, and failures.
• Perform daily start-of-day (SOD) and end-of-day (EOD) health checks.
• Act as first point of contact for application-related issues and manage incident tickets by categorizing and prioritizing.
• Provide initial diagnosis and resolve common issues (e.g., login failures, data mismatch queries, batch/job failures, interface errors) using known workarounds.
• Respond to users via email, calls, or tickets and share status updates and resolution timelines.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 with logs, analysis, and documentation; execute routine operational tasks (e.g., batch restarts, file transfers, data validation, support deployments).

What you'll need

• 3+ years of banking domain experience.
• Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience supporting Finacle, CBS, and banking applications.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management in a banking environment.
• High-level communication skills (written and verbal).
• ITIL certification (preferred/optional not marked as mandatory in the text).
