Enterprise Sales Engineer (Bahasa Indonesia Speaking)

Overview

Enterprise Sales Engineer supporting Sales to evaluate opportunities, deliver technical demos, and guide customers from discovery through adoption.

What you'll do

• Own the sales process with Account Executives by shaping technical strategy from prospecting to Closed Won.
• Lead customer discovery to uncover technical challenges, business goals, and success criteria, then align them to tailored solutions.
• Deliver product demos, technical presentations, and workshops connecting platform capabilities to customer outcomes.
• Run technical evaluations (POVs) end-to-end, including scoping use cases, defining success criteria, and managing project plans.
• Identify and cultivate technical champions to drive advocacy and internal consensus for adoption.
• Document activity, deal progress, and customer interactions accurately in relevant systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and GTM teams to resolve technical blockers and address customer needs.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a technical customer-facing role in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and tailor communication to technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Background in public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, APM/tracing, security, developer experience, and observability.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to a range of audiences.
• Consultative approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements.
