EPMO Sr Project Manager

Overview

Sr Project Manager for EPMO, responsible for initiating and leading assigned projects to deliver stated goals. The role includes governance support, reporting, and managing budgets, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.

What you'll do

• Review business cases to clarify project goals, approach, scope, and resource and budget requirements.
• Lead all elements of assigned projects to deliver goals and objectives.
• Manage project budgets up to $15M.
• Align project changes, risks, and dependencies with the overall change management plan.
• Negotiate and manage trade-offs between time, cost, and scope.
• Produce accurate and timely communications and reporting for assigned projects.
• Lead or support governance meetings and reviews.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
• Manage customer-facing project experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience transitioning business processes and executing transformation projects.
• Experience working on global projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience implementing or operating in a shared services model.
• Proficiency with digital tools and ability to adapt to change.

Nice to have

• PMI-CPM or Six Sigma are an advantage.
• Organizational change management experience.
• Experience with online project management tools such as monday.com.
