Equity Compensation Consultant

Overview

Serve as a trusted guide to employee shareholders by providing education, financial wellness conversations, and support for equity compensation plans. Build participant relationships through service and consultative engagement.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact through inbound calls and proactive follow-up.
• Educate participants on equity plans, vesting, taxation, transactions, and enrollment.
• Conduct financial wellness conversations and connect participants with broader financial goals.
• Support account setup, ESPP enrollment, stock option exercises, and stock transactions.
• Resolve inquiries by coordinating with internal business partners.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Mentor peers and identify opportunities to improve participant engagement.

What you'll need

• One to two years of experience in equity compensation, stock plan administration, financial services, wealth management, brokerage operations, or a related client-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience.
• FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 or 66 licenses.
• FINRA fingerprinting.
• Certified Equity Professional Level 1 certification, or completion within six to twelve months of hire.
• Knowledge of equity compensation plans and participant-level tax implications.
• Experience with CRM systems, stock plan platforms, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.

Nice to have

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Experience supporting publicly traded company equity programs or stock plan participants.
• Knowledge of executive equity compensation, Rule 144, or Section 16 requirements.

Details

• Remote role serving candidates nationwide.
• Work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST.
• Base salary: $59,700–$84,300 yearly.
