ERP Business Analyst

Overview

Senior ERP Business Analyst responsible for end-to-end business analysis workstreams in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) functional area.

What you'll do

• Independently manage end-to-end business analysis workstreams for SAP SD (Market Plan to Cash).
• Translate business requirements into strategic implementation plans and global solution roadmaps.
• Lead root cause analysis and key design decisions for complex business issues.
• Create functional/technical specifications and test plans, and coordinate SAP SD build, test, and deployment.
• Coordinate production changes and provide L3 support for live operational systems.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, resolve conflicts, and manage expectations across cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the ERP Community of Practice (CoP).

What you'll need

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of Business Analysis / ERP Consultancy experience delivering enterprise solutions.
• At least 3+ years within the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
• 4+ years of hands-on technical expertise working directly within SAP SD and associated modules (MM/EWM).
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations from blueprint to go-live, with at least 1 project delivered in a lead capacity.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP SD core configuration, master data, pricing, and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Expert knowledge designing/building/monitoring SAP integration interfaces (iDoc, XML, Web Services, RFC, CIF).
