ERP Engineer

Overview

ERP Engineer (ERP Specialist) to administer and enhance NetSuite and connect it with CRM and finance systems.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day NetSuite administrative support for users and business teams.
• Maintain NetSuite security, dashboards, custom fields, forms, and records.
• Build and debug NetSuite Workflows (SuiteFlow) for internal approval and validation automation.
• Translate accounting/business processes into NetSuite configurations (e.g., General Ledger setup, multi-currency matching, tax routing, item fulfillment rules).
• Create Saved Searches, financial reports, KPI scorecards, and SuiteAnalytics workbooks for finance and leadership.
• Coordinate NetSuite sandbox testing, bi-annual upgrades, and Bundle installation validation.
• Streamline multi-system transaction workflows including billing sync and ledger syncing between Chargebee/NetSuite and Xero/QuickBooks.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of dual functional and technical NetSuite administration experience in a live production environment.
• Experience integrating or administering recurring billing engines like Chargebee.
• Experience integrating or administering accounting platforms like Xero and QuickBooks Online.
• Practical experience with Salesforce or HubSpot APIs, objects, and standard workflows.
• Experience gathering business requirements, testing in NetSuite sandboxes, and managing production releases.
