ESC -FP&A Analyst

Overview

ESC-FP&A Specialist role at 3M supporting financial planning, analysis and reporting for supply chain and operations finance.

What you'll do

• Support AOP, strategic planning, forecasting, consolidation, system loads, and data tie-outs.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, including P&L, working capital, KPIs, trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for forecasting, scenario analysis, and business decision-making.
• Prepare standardized management reporting and executive-level presentations covering actuals, forecasts, plans, and strategic priorities.
• Support month-end close, in-month performance management, and reporting processes to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

What you'll need

• CA/CA-Inter/CMA/CMA-Inter/MBA qualified with 4 to 6 years relevant experience.
• 2 to 3 years of experience with Power BI, SQL, and analytics tools in finance or supply chain environments.
• Understanding of key supply chain finance concepts, including gross margin, absorption, yield, productivity, and PPV.
