FP&A Team Lead

Overview

FP&A Team Lead role supporting monthly financial reporting, budgeting and cost management for the commercial finance function.

What you'll do

• Support the monthly financial reporting and analysis process.
• Track performance against internal targets and external best practice, making timely interventions at appropriate times.
• Provide senior management with timely analysis, intelligence and recommendations needed for operational, financial and strategic decisions.
• Support the Commercial Finance Director with short and long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with global processes.
• Support the Regional Operational Finance Director, as necessary, in management of the ROFC, escalation/resolution of issues and adherence to SLAs.

Nice to have

• Exposure to automation of FP&A processes, preferably with AI tools.
