Engineer enterprise end-user computing solutions across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, supporting secure and reliable workplace technology.
What you'll do
- Deploy and maintain endpoint solutions using Intune, SCCM/MECM, Active Directory, Group Policy, and JAMF.
- Create and support SOE images, software packages, operating system deployments, and endpoint security configurations.
- Manage software distribution, mobile device management, compliance policies, device enrollment, and device lifecycle activities.
- Monitor platform health and troubleshoot complex endpoint issues.
- Implement security controls and support compliance with corporate standards.
- Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve end-user services.
What you'll need
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows OS engineering, software packaging, and enterprise endpoint management.
- Expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
- Expertise in mobile device management, endpoint security, and compliance practices.
- Experience creating and maintaining SOE images and managing application deployments.
- Experience supporting desktop and mobile technologies in large-scale environments.
- Working knowledge of JAMF Pro administration for macOS/iOS devices.
- PowerShell scripting knowledge and strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
