Overview

Execution Senior Analyst for myExpenses within bp’s global business services centre in Pune. The role focuses on accurate employee expense recording, reconciliation, issue resolution, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Ensure accurate and timely recording and resolution of employee expenses while adhering to policies.
• Reconcile relevant systems to confirm balances and investigate/correct discrepancies.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on policy/process gaps to the myExpense team lead.
• Give myExpenses advice and information as required.
• Implement expense process guidelines and propose/implement continuous improvements.
• Track and resolve outstanding raised issues, including escalation where needed.
• Support and handle internal and external audits.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in employee expenses, general accounting, and accounts payable operations.
• High familiarity with systems used to maintain and reconcile balance.
• Experience using ERP/tools such as Concur, SAP, or ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Good Excel skills are an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management/Business/Finance/Accounting (or related) or a Diploma holder.
