Executive - Data Analyst

Overview

Executive - Data Analyst will prepare and maintain engineering master data and related documentation for generator models, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while analyzing incoming data issues.

What you'll do

• Accurately prepare and maintain engineering master data and bills of materials for generator models.
• Prepare and maintain Engineering Change Requests and supporting data according to established procedures.
• Use standard software and processes with Mosel Engineering System Support for data services requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Engineering to ensure data is accurate and entered on time.
• Analyze incoming data and recommend changes or modifications; investigate and report potential data problems.
• Develop proficiency in SAP & Windchill.

What you'll need

• Any graduation (non-engineering discipline) with 2+ years’ experience in data entry into an ERP system.
• SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in an engineering environment is beneficial.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation/communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visual Basics & Macros).
• Power BI knowledge is beneficial.

Details

• Role reports to a Manager.
• Works under general Engineering supervision and with direction from EDS Staff/Team Lead.
