Executive Field Engineer

Overview

Provide technical support to the field for new installations and maintenance, with onsite and remote guidance, on elevator and escalator systems.

What you'll do

• Provide technical expert support to the field on products and repeated issues.
• Resolve critical technical issues with RRCA.
• Provide technical support to the Bangalore factory and service engineering in new product development.
• Prepare standard processes for the field and develop field training modules.
• Prepare technical instructions and solution documents for the field.

What you'll need

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with a good academic record.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of elevator and networking to support new technology compass installation, security system interface, and BMS integration.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.

Nice to have

• Experience in the elevator industry.
