Overview

Senior individual contributor in Executive Talent Acquisition research, sourcing candidates internally and externally at all levels to meet Diageo's talent needs.

What you'll do

• Actively build a pipeline of talent for vacancies and difficult to fill roles.
• Screen and interview candidates.
• Support managers in making unbiased hiring decisions.
• Act as a resource for other team members and may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements.
• Explain complex, difficult and/or sensitive information and work to build consensus.
