Overview

Lead the design, development and maintenance of automated test frameworks and quality engineering practices for Fiserv financial services technology, working with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets functional, performance and reliability standards.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development and implementation of automated test frameworks and test suites to support business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and technical test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing to ensure optimal application performance and reliability.
• Develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts for web, API and backend systems.
• Identify, document and track software defects, and work closely with development teams to support timely resolution.
• Maintain and improve existing automation codebases and participate in peer review processes.
• Mentor junior QA associates and provide technical guidance to strengthen team capabilities.
• Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into the build and deployment process.

What you'll need

• 10-12 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation
• 10+ years of experience in automation testing using Selenium, Java or similar automation tools and programming languages
• 10+ years of experience in SQL databases
• 8+ years of experience in API testing and automation frameworks
• 8+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• 8+ years of experience in AWS, Azure or GCP services
• 10-12 years of experience with Agile methodologies
• 10-12 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry
