Overview

Recruit for internal and external entry-level and experienced positions, attracting, screening, interviewing and recommending candidates for placement. This position has advanced knowledge and experience, participates in or leads new solutions and projects, and manages a mixed team of Specialist and Support jobs with full employee lifecycle responsibility.

What you'll do

• Promote the organization’s image as a desirable place to work.
• Attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates.
• Recommend placement of internal and external candidates for entry-level and experienced positions.
• Refer applicants for particular job openings.
• Administer pre-employment tests.
• Check references.
• Conduct exit interviews for candidates declining offers.
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
• Assist with job advertising and posting.
• Participate in or lead the development of new solutions and projects.
• Share best practice and advice with co-workers in the professional area.
• Generate own workload and outline directions to others.
• Supervise and coordinate lower-level specialists as the single point of contact in complex matters.
• Coordinate daily operations and enable and oversee the implementation of short- to medium-term activities within the team.
• Deliver input to policies, processes, and standards within a defined scope, where decisions are tactical and operational.
• Manage a mixed team of Specialist and Support jobs with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
