Facilities Executive Technical

Overview

The Technical Executive operates, maintains, and monitors building MEP systems and infrastructure to ensure critical equipment performance and reliable technical services.

What you'll do

• Monitor and operate HVAC, electrical (HT/LT panels, DG sets), plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Conduct daily equipment rounds and plant room inspections.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and track completion.
• Monitor Building Management System (BMS) and respond to alarms.
• Maintain equipment logbooks, maintenance records, and shift reports.

What you'll need

• Have a BTech in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in building operations or facility maintenance.
• Have working knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers).
• Understand electrical systems (HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS).
• Know basic BMS operations and monitoring.
• Be able to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Have basic computer skills including MS Office.
