Facilities Executive Technical Services

Overview

Technical Executive role responsible for technical activities, maintenance oversight and leadership of electricians and maintenance vendors at a Mumbai site.

What you'll do

• Keep the Company updated on operating and utilities costs.
• Monitor invoices for technical services rendered, together with the building manager.
• Monitor contractors' maintenance practices to ensure their scope of work aligns with manufacturer recommendations and preventive maintenance standards.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of cooling and heating systems, plumbing and water supply, electricity and lighting fixtures, and other equipment and supplies.
• Perform routine inspection, inventory and documentation of these systems.
• Oversee electricians and their scope of work.
• Work closely with superiors, peers and subordinates.
• Act as the main point of contact for vendors for all maintenance services.
• Monitor maintenance activities and produce daily and weekly summary reports.

What you'll need

• A degree.
• At least three years' experience in the field.
• Strong working knowledge of policies, building maintenance and people management.

Nice to have

• Proven expertise in the principles and techniques of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general property management.
