Facility Engineer

Overview

Facility Engineer responsible for managing facility operations, vendors, maintenance documentation, emergency response, asset and space management, budgeting, energy conservation, and HSE procedures.

What you'll do

• Manage external vendors, contracts, pricing, SLAs, compliance, and performance.
• Track facility expenses, manage budgets, and propose capital expenditures.
• Maintain facility assets, optimize space, and coordinate modifications, relocations, and renovations.
• Lead emergency response, risk assessments, drills, and crisis coordination.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency and cost improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records, manuals, procedures, spare-parts records, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct HSE training, enforce PPE and safety protocols, and coordinate fire drills.

What you'll need

• Knowledge of facility maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Ability to manage vendors and negotiate contracts and service agreements.
• Ability to conduct workplace risk assessments.
• Knowledge of emergency response, fire safety, and first-aid procedures.
• Ability to maintain maintenance and asset documentation.
• Ability to monitor energy consumption and identify inefficiencies.
