Facility Executive- Soft Services

Overview

Support the delivery and coordination of non-technical soft services within an integrated facility management environment. The role covers service quality, vendor coordination, compliance, client requests, safety, inventory, and performance reporting.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily cleaning, housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, waste management, security coordination, and catering support.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections, documenting findings in CAFM systems.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and soft services staff.
• Maintain service records, compliance documents, schedules, and audit trails.
• Respond to client requests and coordinate special cleaning requirements.
• Monitor chemical safety, PPE use, safety briefings, and incident reporting.
• Track consumables, inventory, KPIs, and daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

What you'll need

• Knowledge of soft services operations in facility management.
• Ability to monitor cleanliness, hygiene, waste handling, and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate vendors, contractors, and service personnel.
• Ability to maintain documentation and use facility management or helpdesk systems.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemical safety, PPE, and statutory compliance documentation.
