Facility Coordinator / Workplace Experience Analyst (Legian, Bali)

Overview

Facility Coordinator / Workplace Experience Analyst to support day-to-day facilities management and workplace experience operations for a client site in Bali.

What you'll do

• Coordinate day-to-day workplace and facilities operations to keep the office safe, operational, and well-presented.
• Engage employees, respond to workplace requests, and support meetings and events.
• Continuously improve workplace services and the overall employee experience by identifying opportunities.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, security, pantry, office supplies, and other workplace services.
• Monitor service quality and follow up on operational issues through resolution.
• Manage facilities administration including purchase orders, invoices, vendor documentation, work orders, service records, reporting, and asset/inventory tracking.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, workplace experience, office operations, corporate hospitality, or property management.
• Degree or diploma in facilities management, hospitality, business administration, property management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong service orientation with hands-on experience coordinating workplace operations and day-to-day office services.
• Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to independently identify issues and coordinate solutions while managing multiple operational priorities.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
