Facilities Executive Soft Services

Overview

The Facilities Executive Soft Services manages the delivery of soft services across assigned facilities, ensuring service quality, vendor performance, compliance with SLAs, and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of soft services such as housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, waste management, security, reception, and other non-technical services.
• Monitor service quality via regular inspections and audits and coordinate corrective actions for service gaps.
• Manage soft services vendors and contractors, including performance reviews, scorecards, and SLA negotiation.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact for soft services, including meetings, feedback collection, and escalation handling.
• Support soft services budgeting, expense monitoring, invoice review, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance through documentation, incident logs, compliance certificates, and health and safety audits.
• Supervise soft services staff and contract personnel, including guidance, training, and coordination.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management focused on soft services operations.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and service contracts.
• Required education: Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of soft services including housekeeping, security, landscaping, and waste management operations.
• Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to facility operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing roles.
